RETURN & EXCHANGE

We will gladly exchange qualifying retail items that are returned to us within 30 days from confirmed delivery to the client. Items are to be returned for exchange only. No refunds will be provided for returned products.

To be eligible for an exchange all product items must be in the original condition & packaging (unused/unopened & sealed if applicable). In addition your returned items must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for an exchange. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards & downloadable software products.

Kindly note that shipping & handling fees are non-refundable and that the return shipping charges are carried by the customer. Vanilla Loft is not responsible for any delays that may occur when shipping an item back to us for exchange. Only items that are received within the 30 day window will be considered for exchange. Any items received after this time frame will be returned as-is to the sender at their cost.

We recommend that you return merchandise to us using a traceable shipping method. Please retain a record of your tracking number so that you are able to monitor the progress of the return as it is en route back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $100.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@vanillaloft.com with details & photos of the product and the defect. Once acknowledged you can send the item you consider defective or would like to exchange to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, that we received your returned item and whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will exchange the product. We have the right to deny the exchange if the merchandise returned does not meet our return & exchange policy requirements.
