Inspired artists of all levels looking to refine their technique, expand their confidence, and elevate their business behind the chair. Whether you’re just beginning or looking to refresh and reframe, this day is designed to leave you feeling re-energized, re-aligned, and ready to execute.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS LIKE, AND DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

100% of the total workshop cost is required in order to secure your enrollment in the program.

If you cancel your enrollment in the workshop for any reason, our cancellation policy is as follows:

-Notice* provided 30 days prior to workshop date: refund minus a $100.00 admin fee

-Notice* provided 14-29 days prior to shadowing date: 50% refund

-No refund within two weeks of the training date.

*Notice must be provided by sending an email to hello@vanillaloft.com only which will be confirmed by a return email from the administrative staff during our business hours.

If you are enrolled in a workshop and fail to attend, you will not receive a refund, either in part or in full.

Kindly note that - while we understand that occasionally unplanned items interfere with the schedule and that sometimes these items can't be influenced - we are not responsible for last-minute cancellations due to external factors like technical issues, family emergencies or sickness.

Is there a recording policy?

You expressly covenant that you will not record, copy, reproduce, or store any part of the workshop for any purpose without the prior express written consent of Vanilla Hair Inc. You agree to indemnify Vanilla Hair Inc. for all costs of enforcing this covenant on a solicitor and own client cost basis, including but not limited to, lost revenue from any unauthorized use.

How many stylists per workshop at Cros.Studios, Chilliwack, BC, Canada?

We will host up to 30 stylists for this workshop experience.

What tools are necessary?

A notebook and good vibes only.

Are there any goodies or perks included?

We provide light snacks & refreshments during the day at Cros.Studios.

How long will my Workshop experience be?

Our Look & Learn + Q&A workshops are approximately 7 hours in duration.

MEDIUM SALON SPACE:

We ask that you arrive with only your personal device, jacket and handbag, including tablet or book. You may only bring essential items into the space and must bring any refreshments in a container with a lid when possible.

RECOMMENDATION:

Please understand that, due to current worldwide dynamics, there may be certain challenges arising which we can't influence.

Kindly ensure that you purchase flexible hotel accommodation and plane tickets which allow you to reschedule, cancel without penalty or to receive vouchers which you can redeem at a later time.
